Tortilla Soup Recipe for Intermittent Fasting
/This is my favorite Soup because I like a little spice. And I use 1/2 can of salsa instead of tomatoes.
Ingredients (Pictured)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion chopped
3 large cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon of basil
1/2 can of your favorite salsa
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup corn
3-4 cups of broccoli
1 cucumber chopped
4 stalks of celery chopped
Optional: 14.5 oz can black beans rinsed & drained, chicken, guacamole, cheese, sour cream as a topping
Instructions
Heat olive oil In a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is softened.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 - 30 minutes.
