The Hail15 Program is a 15-day plan to reset your mind, body, and soul to formulate a daily plan to become your best self (to be a saint) with God at the center and curb our negative thinking.

15 days to a saintly life plan

2 (15min) silent periods

How to be present with God and also watch our mind/thoughts

15 hrs of fasting from food a day (recommended but not required)

Daily journal

Daily rosary meditation

Kristin lives by the motto of taking life one hail mary at a time, but she discovered her mind and thoughts were controlling her life.

Easily overwhelmed, stressed and frustrated.

And she wanted to fix that.

She wanted her life to be more centered on God and His love, but she was addicted to thinking.

Therefore she created a difficult program with a focus on fasting and prayer to center her life on what matters the most:

Being fully present with God always.

We live in a new world of abundance and distraction, and this program hopes to center you on heaven.
