Tortilla Soup - Kristin’s Favorite

You can choose to make this really spicy by adding your favorite can of salsa. Optional toppings based on dietary restrictions: Tortilla strips, chicken, cheese, sour cream, guacamole.

Minestrone - Crowd Pleaser

I load ours with vegetables, but you can also add a little pasta.

Broccoli Cheese Soup

Broccoli is my favorite vegetable. My kids might even tell you that it’s my favorite food. It’s super good for you and I love the hearty texture.
